Ok, getting to experience a white, powdery, serene snow day has scored Tehuacana MAYBE it's second tally mark in the "reasons we have enjoyed Tehuacana" column. I'll even admit, I went all five year old at midnight the night before, when we realized it was snowing. However when you aren't familiar with snow, you don't realize how painfully cold even the powder snow gets when you are playing with it. The next day I realized we are not equipped with snow playing gear. The pink cotton kohls gloves don't cut it, and every pair of shoes we have clearly don't belong walking through snow. Otherwise, I burned down the battery on the camcorder and took near a few hundred pictures! It was great! The slush for the next few days was depressing, but what can you do??
