It is appropriate that Berkley's new favorite song is that Jason Derulo song Ridin' Solo because that's what we are doing for the next month or so. Chris started his new coaching job and I'm waiting out our lease. If anyone has like an extra $1500 cash laying around I'll take it because I wanna bolt! It's lonely by yourself, after kids all pass out. Our marriage WILL last forever because I never want to be a single parent! Short story shorter... I miss my husband!
I've been thinking about what I will write in this blog other than I miss Chris! I miss Chris! That would be depressing and lame. I've always thought food blogs were fun. I would lovvvve to eat everything take pictures blah blah blah. Unfortunately, I DON'T have the time or money and I DO have two kids that would make food blogging endeavors outside my home impossible. SO, because we decide cooking at home ALWAYS tastes so much better than fast food or most meals at restaurants anyways. Maybe I can challenge myself to cooking meals at home that not only taste better than eating out, but cost less than getting something quick at a drive through. Then, obviously, I would take really artistic photos of my creations and post them on my blog! I think I'm on to something. We will see. It might actually work really well when I move to Mexia. I will not be working right away or taking classes in the fall. I should be able to cook every night if I want to. NO excuses! We will see. My time left in the apartment can be the test run. Alright, I'm going to try and fight insomnia!
